Arbot — Privacy Policy

Arbot ("Arbot", "we", "us") is a personal tool that automatically registers you for classes at your gym on the Arbox platform when the registration window opens. This policy explains what we collect, why, how we store it, and how to remove it. Questions: arbot.app@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Google account identity. When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, Google profile picture, and Google account id, used only to identify your Arbot account.
• Gym (Arbox) connection. To book classes for you we store a session token for your gym account. We do not store your gym password.
• Your bookings and schedule. Classes you book through Arbot, your upcoming auto-registration rules, and the results of registration attempts.
• Calendar feed. A private, random calendar-subscription token so your booked classes can appear in your calendar app.
• Google Calendar (optional). If, and only if, you connect Google Calendar, we use the calendar.events permission to create, update and delete the calendar events for the classes Arbot books for you. We do not read your other calendar events and we do not access any other Google data.

How we use it

• To auto-register you for the classes you choose, and to show your schedule, memberships and registration history in the app.
• To sync your booked classes to your calendar, if you enable that.
• We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.

How it is stored and shared

• Data is stored in our managed database and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
• We share data only with the services needed to run Arbot: Google (sign-in and, if enabled, Calendar) and Arbox (your gym platform, to make the bookings). We do not share it with anyone else.

Retention and deletion

• You can remove a linked gym at any time in the app; its token and related data are deleted.
• You can request deletion of your Arbot account and all associated data by emailing arbot.app@gmail.com. Disconnecting Google Calendar removes our access and stops event syncing.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "last updated" date.
